Game frozen before loading screen

I haven't played the sims for like 2 years, but I tried getting back on and the game completely freezes before I can even get to the main menu. It gets stuck on a blue screen and my mouse will not move. I have to manually use ctrl escape to get out and then go to my taskbar to fully exit. I have tried uninstalling sims and EA, and have done the EA app recovery and app updater. All of my mods are out of the folder, and I have moved my entire sims 4 folder out to make a clean one. It has still not worked. I am attaching my dxdiag below!
