Create a Sim items disappeared

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
What is your current game version number? 1.58.63.1010
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get Famous, Seasons, Cats & Dogs, Holiday Celebration Pack, Grim's Ghoulish Guitar
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open create a sim
What happens when the bug occurs? Items in the body creation part of create a sim have disappeared, ears, body types, noses etc
What do you expect to see? All the create a sim items should be in existence, they were there before, and now they are not
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. update to 1.58.63.1010 updated to Legacy Edition

Hello, I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing any issues with body customisation parts missing from create a sim, body types (everything except the basic body type is missing), some noses are missing, and there is nothing under the "ears" tab, thanks in advance for any replies

    What I did was “fix” the game through Origin, right click on The Sims 4 and it says something like ”fix” or “repair”, I did that, took about 20 minutes and now everything is sorted

    I think I may have this, too. In my case the eyebrows that were on a female child sim have disappeared. I have never used custom brows in my game. There is currently no custom content in my game. The eyebrows that are on this sim just no longer exist in CAS, and they show up with only 3 colour options. The moment I change the eyebrows to any that are available, all of the colour options return.
