help transfering redeemed sims 4 dlc codes to my new ea account

Hi, i previously redeemed several sims 4 dlc codes on an old ea account witch I no longer have acces to. I'd like to have the content transfered to my current ea account.

 current ea account name - ivona_gruszka123.

old account name - i don't remember it anymore

packs - i still have the psychical boxes and valid codes, but when i enter them, it says they're already been used.

proof of puchase - i can provide receipts or screenschots from the store i bought them from.

Please help me recover or transfer the dlc to my current account. im happy to share any additional information or proof you need.

    We're not able to help with account recovery here on the forums as we don't have access to your specific account details, so you'd want to reach out to the live support team so they can take a look and explore some options with you.

    You will need to provide enough information about the older account in order for live support to verify that you're the original owner- once you've verified that you own this account, live support will update your info and get you logged back in again.
