  • @Yaxmin28  Your dxdiag is full of generic Windows update errors, so please run a couple of basic checks of your Windows system files:

    • Hit Windows key-X
    • Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
    • Inside the window that appears, copy and paste “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes, and enter
    • The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here
    • After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key-X again
    • Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator)”
    • Inside the window, copy and paste “sfc /scannow” without quotes, and enter
    • Post the message you receive here

Restart your computer, hit Windows key-i, select Update & Security, and click the box to check for updates.  If any install, restart again afterwards.

Next, update the graphics driver, which is from 2021.  Here's the newest version available from AMD:

    https://www.amd.com/en/support/downloads/drivers.html/graphics/radeon-rx/radeon-rx-6000-series/amd-radeon-rx-6700-xt.html

You'll want to manually download the driver from July 19 rather than using the "auto detect and install" tool.  Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator."  Restart the computer after installing and before trying to play.

If that doesn't help, are you playing in DirectX 9 or 11 mode, and does it make a difference to switch?  Here's how:

I'm sorry took this long. Here is the picture. For the first picture I had to use Snipping Tool on Windows 11, the second one is from the screenshot folder of the game. The small picture on the bottom left is with the sims cellphone for the other ones I put the camera on the bottom. I notice is mostly the bigger pictures the ones with this issue. This happened to me without cc/mods when I had the Luvestruck patches and new expansion. Also the screenshot  within the game is doing glitches too. After taking these pictures I renamed my current sims 4 folder in order to create a new one and tested the In A Flash Photo Studio from Get To Work and also had picture glitches
