Same, but with the Book Nook kit, I got it and the Grunge one at the same time, but the Book Nook kit shows as 'Download to use' in game and wants me to purchase it again in the app, the app did do the weird' Sims 4 disappearing from my library trick just before I purchased it last night, so I think it glitched the matrix, I'll give it until end of day though and then do all the above tips, as if it's their fault, don't want to mess around with my game when they just need to press a button somewhere lol!
Gotta say I miss the Origin app!
