I purchased the grunge kit and the book kit for sims 4. The Book kit downloaded but the Grunge kit is saying to purchase it. The purchase is complete I checked and it went through my paypal account too. Two charges of 5.34. I already clear cache, restarted app and computer. Signed out and back in and still the same. please help
