[CURRENT ISSUE] Anti-Virus blocking User Folder (Screenshots/Gallery/Mods..)

Every time I try to go in and play, it says my mods have been disabled and need to be re-enabled if I want to play with them. At the moment, I have removed all my mods with the exception of MCCC. I turn the moda back on including script mods, restart my game but ti doesn't "stick".  I've never had this happen before, usually it stays turned on once I go and do that but not this time.
