Gallery

I  made the random updates that EA requires. On logging back into the Sims 4 game, I noticed that my gallery doesn't show anything. Every time I click on the downloads or the items I saved it gives me a message stating that my gallery is corrupt and asks if it can remove the item. It also gives me an error code of EC 105. I looked the code up and it says that I'm not connected to the internet which I am. I have uninstalled the Sims game and reinstalled and I'm still having the same issue. Can someone help me in this situation?

  • bwnsl01  Can you try using a different network?  For example, if your computer supports wifi, you could set your phone as a mobile hotspot, using data rather than your home network.  Testing the Gallery shouldn't eat up too much data.
