Add-on is not installable

I can't for the life of me get the Lovestruck add-on installed.

I have already tried everything listed in this old thread (https://forums.ea.com/discussions/the-sims-4-technical-issues-pc-en/current-issue-sims-4-dlc-shows-as-installed-wont-load-in-game/11831673 ) but nothing works. It looks like the SS above, I've looked at the files. I don't have CAS Demo but from what I understand it is not needed.

Last thing to mention is that this was bought as a "Pre-order bonus", but from my experience that doesn't entail anything other than that you just get some items extra or whatnot, not that it would actually be something different from an expansion pack entirely.

alexandra_stefy&nbsp; That's not Lovestruck itself, that's the pre-order bonus.&nbsp; And it's supposed to be listed as in-game content rather than being downloadable on its own.
Do you own LS separately, and is it showing under Manage Add-ons?&nbsp; Some third-party vendors have sold codes for the bonus content alone, not in a bundle with the pack.
