Mods will not re-enable after latest skin tone patch. As usual, I opened my game to turn mods back on through 'Options', applied the changes and restarted the game. However, mods are still disabled with the Mods Disabled pop up on opening the game. Tried repairing the game and no change.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When you open the gallery
What happens when the bug occurs? It doesn't load and I can't see my uploaded builds and cas. I also can't see other people's builds or cas.
What do you expect to see? My uploaded content.

Every time when I open the gallery I see red crosses and I can't see anyone's creations.
I can't even see my own uploaded creations.
It doesn't matter if I first load my savefile or if I'm still on the menu.
The problem occurred after the December update.
My internet is working fine and I don't use mods.
I can see my builds and cas creations in my library but when I click on them it doesn't say that I have uploaded it to the gallery.
