adore_sakiko It usually does. The idea is that your antivirus blocks a change to the user files, for example to GameVersion.txt, so the version listed remains old. Then the game thinks you've only just updated now, and disables your mods accordingly. You reenable them but the GameVersion file doesn't get updated, so the same thing happens the next time you open the game.
