I don't know if this is happening to anyone else, but recently (since Enchanted by Nature came out) my settings under "Pack Settings" are not saving correctly and switching back to default. I will go into the settings, fix them to my preferences (i.e. Limit Werewolves to Moonwood Mill, Limit Fairies to Innisgreen, Disable Dust system, etc.), apply settings, then save my game. Afterwards when I close out and relaunch the game, the pack settings are back to default. I'm using the vanilla game with no mods or custom content installed.

this is usually your security software blocking the file from being written properly.
Check the first post of this thread I merged your post into.
If these don't help, delete the options(.ini) file and let the game create a new one. You'll need to reset everything but after that it should hopefully stick.
