Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.69.57.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Every pack EXCEPT snowy escape, vintage glamour and my first pet stuff. I have everything else
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? CAS or live and build modes, it’s a sensitivity issue
What happens when the bug occurs? Everything spins way too fast fo me to properly play or make a sim
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to play properly and not have to use pre made sims
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
My game has a sensitivity issue that won’t fix, I’ve repaired my game, re downloaded and removed all CC and mods and nothing else has worked. I would really like to play but at this time there’s no point as I can’t make new sims, I can’t have cc or mods and I can’t play the game in live either.

Please try the suggestions in the first post. In game, there is a feature where if you hold down shift, your camera goes faster. check if your shift key is stuck? if not it could be something about your computer itself. I can go into further description if you don't understand, but I doubt it is an in game issue. and if you solve the problem, in the future keep you computer/laptop safer. I recommend a keyboard cover or laptop bag.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just go in game and try to rotate.
What happens when the bug occurs? When you try to rotate, the game starts spinning very fast.
What do you expect to see? It should rotate to the sides smoothly and not as fast.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
