[CURRENT ISSUE] Error messages with MSVCP140.DLL/VCRUNTIME140.dll

I am lasso still having this problem my game says that it is unable to start correctly.

Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
What is your current game version number? 1.68.154.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? get to work get together , first pet , seasons , outdoor retreat , luxury party , island living , perfect patio , spooky stuff , city living , dine out ,
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? sims 4 current update
What happens when the bug occurs? wont open my sims 4 game saying i need msvcp140.dll & vcruntime140.dll even though it is in my folder
What do you expect to see? my game to open correctly

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. it it patch 1.68.154.1020 and all i did was update my sims 4

game will not open after update 1.68.154.1020 , get a error message [ the code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.DLL was not found < the same message but with [VCRUNTIME140.DLL]  getting both messages at the same time even deleted mods still not working PLEASE HELP

I feel your pain, I can't launch the game at all. I don't get an error message though, it just will not load.

How so i take away this file thing my sims 4 do not work 

Getting this error msg when trying to open the game, have un installed & re installed, restarted pc & it continues.

How can I or EA fix this please. TS4_x64.exe - System error
