hey can someone please help me. my sims won't start and it keeps saying it's already running. this only started after the update and I tried every thing I did the task manager thing there was no sims 4 there then i did the sharing thing nothing changed I repaired the game that didn't help and finaly I uninstalled and reinstalled it and that still did bot work then today the hot fix update came out so I thought that would help but it did not.
I really need some help here please

by the way I don't have any mods or cc and I don't have a virus blocker or anything like that.
