Basically it told me I needed to update the sims 4 before playing, I installed the update and it confirmed that it had been installed ("You're all set--The Sims 4 is up to date") but it still only shows me the update button and I can't play, and every time I try it tells me there is a new update I need to download ("A required update for The Sims™ 4 is available. Would you like to download the update now? The game will not be playable until the update is applied."). Completely ridiculous.
