Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter CAS and select any clothing or accessory item from City Living, I’ve found it on the flats, suit jackets and turbans.
What happens when the bug occurs? When Sim is wearing items of clothing from the City Living pack, Sim has the same error as when an article of CC clothing is corrupted/has missing mesh (red and white with question marks on body, eyes red, etc)
What do you expect to see? Sims should be able to wear the clothing as normal with no corruption.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I recently updated my game and downloaded a new EP. so when I went into the CAS it doesn’t show the sims at all. I restarted my computer, the game but it hasn’t fixed the issue.
That did not work.
When loading into create a sim there is no sim and the screen is just an empty background with some UI.
I have a Macbook Pro Mojave and I play the Sims 4 through Origin, but after I updated the program last week, I can't see my simmers, when I'm creating a household.
I can't seem to find if anyone else has the same problem? If you have seen a tread about this, please let me know.

I have no mods or CC. I have tried numerous times to change sims or make new sims and each time it won't show the sim on the main screen. It will show a small profile of them in the bottom left corner but I cant see anything about them or create a new sim. I have tried starting an entirely new game, but it still isn't working. Help, please.
I can't see the sim in Create a Sim. I am on MacOS.
My Sims 4 game updated yesterday, and now Create A Sim is no longer loading. I can see the icons around the side, but nothing populates in them and no sim is displayed to build. My Mac is up to date, as is my game now. I have reset my game and still no luck. Please advise!

What happens when the bug occurs? I can't edit the sim. Can't change the hair, body, clothes etc. the sim doesn't even appear. I tried to change in the game, after I took a random sim, but there is just blank background.

Please describe the patch or change you made. I only updated the game, that's it. I didn't play for a while.
After the update of Sims 4, I can't edit the sims anymore. I can only pick a random sim. The sims doesn't even appear at the screen, just blank. I thought, maybe it's just the start. So I tried to edit the sim at the closet. But the sim won't appear there also. I can only change clothes, but not the sim in general, such as body, weigh, hair etc...
I have a similar thing going on with my game. Anytime I try to edit my sim or create a new sim, there is just a black screen with stars in it. Almost like a night sky. Its very weird and I don't know how it happened.

I just updated my mac to Catalina and after having trouble opening the game, I followed every step in this thread that had to do with my issues and got to have the sims 4 running. My problem is that now, I can't even create a Sim because I just can't see it. I can hear it but as seen in the screenshot I took I have a beautiful starry night and nothing to it x.x I even tried to start with a default setting game and got rid of my old saves to start anew but this is still unplayable.
As anyone an idea of what to do? Because I'm at loss here.
My sims have red and white squares on them as well as question marks, on create a new household some of the faces also looked scribbled out in red marker, I am not using and custom content
I can't press repair...

Hi, my Sims 4 game stopped working. It said to update to The Sims Legacy 4 which i did. Everything in the game works fine except for my avatars who are white and red with question marks on them instead of being like the avatars I designed them to be. Could someone help me with this matter?
