When creating a sim their body comes up white and red with question marks all over it and also It's not letting me edit their clothes or face

Open Origin/My games library - right-click on TS4 - option "Repair game"
You have to wait until Origin will fix all packs, not only the base game.

If it will not work and you have any mods move the mods folder to the desktop and try without it.
