Since the December 12, 2019 update on my Sims 4 there’s been a glitch that happened but I don’t know what’s going on or how to fix it. I’ve deleted my custom content and reinstalled I even turned off the custom content but it’s still not working well.
when I open the game the game packs I have some of them as the icon of a gray llama that doesn’t show the icon for the pack. Then some of the sims in my game or glitches as in they are white and red with questions marks around even the furniture is glitched. Even the worlds some of them have the gray llama’s. I tried to send in pictures but the file is too large to show.
please someone help with this or fix the glitch that’s going on I don’t know if it’s just my game or certain peoples games.
@cristina18899 Try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
