Hello my name is Victoria I just bought the SIMS4 game on my computer yesterday afternoon. when I went to open the game to try out my new purchase patiently waiting for the game to load.. press play! and the sim Edit shows up! yay!! exciting right?!… WRONG! the Sim in the edit window wasn't a complete sim at all! I cant see any of the sims face or body because it is red and white!!! I tried changing face, skin color, resetting the game multiple times. just so I get the same results each time !! I don't know what to do please help Ijust want to play the game ☹️ ….
@vikutooria Try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
