I never post here normally but I just wanted to thank @crinrict for being awesome. I had the question mark floor tiles, missing trees, weird-looking textures on sims, no CAS, ect and their suggestions have fixed my game. All I did was click 'repair' on the Sims in Origin and it took a little while to go through each EP individually but when it had finished, I loaded my game back up and it was totally back to normal. Thank you!
