Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Visit medina studios apartment in city living
What happens when the bug occurs? Since the January 2020 update, the flooring in the lobby is debug flooring with purple question marks over it. Also most of the base game floorings and wallpapers are no longer in my game. Door glitching through walls to neighbour houses. Game is incredibly slow too
What do you expect to see? Wooden flooring and all the base game items in the build/ buy mode
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Please try repairing your game through Origin. That should solve the issue
