I downloaded the sims 4 off origin last Sunday on my PC. Origin then informed me yesterday that I had to install the new update or origin wouldn't be able to work online. So I did the update and when I opened my Sims 4 all of my players and most of the other content were white and red with question marks or colourful with question marks. I don't know if this is an error from the update or if I got screwed over by origin.
@jocelynmac10767 Try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
