What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Island living, Vampires, Get To Work, Discover University, Kids Stuff, Toddlers Stuff, Cats And Dogs, City Living, Get Together, Seasons, Dine Out, Outdoor Retreat, Parenthood and Laundry Day.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By loading the game and selecting a family to play or opening create a sim.
What happens when the bug occurs? The face of the sim is shown as unknown and some traits and aspirations are shown with the icon of a llama.
What do you expect to see? The sim's normal facial features.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The latest game patch (Jan 17th- current date) brought this bug in.
As previously said, this bug places question marks over my sims faces and whole bodies, I've tried taking off skin details and clothing, as well as stripping them of their traits but no result shows.
I would very much appreciate a way to fix this bug, thank you for reading.
