What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion packs, the two vacation packs, Realm of Magic, and Outdoor Retreat
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure if it's happening to everyone or just me
What happens when the bug occurs? When I log onto my game and go to play on my most recent save majority of the Sims in the town are colored like clowns with big question marks on their heads. Also when I started to play the game they were still colored and some other objects were abnormal colors, like bright pink instead of grey.
What do you expect to see? My Sims should all look normal and the coloring should be correct.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Can't take screenshots
I’m having this problem, not with my sims but with the floor. All the floor was covered In coloured ? Tiles, and all my windows seem to be there but can’t see or delete them. Looks like they have gone from the shop.
