Hi @pommieangel and @VeronicatheCD  its probably caused by a missing mesh.  Check where you downloaded it from and what mesh it requires,  it might be from and EA pack you do not own or different downloaded CC mesh.  Hope this helps with the problem!

@TGamez1 The only change to the files was the update through EA.  There is no missing mesh.
