So I just bought snowy escape and it looks like none of the objects are showing up i click them and get a big red x with a white background its happening with every object ive clicked on so far their item boxes that you get when placing it show (the ones that turn red from green) but the item itself does not

Okay but it's driving me crazy I'm just got the laundry packet and now have of all my sims look like crash test dummies and my werewolf land bar and houses are gone and the other one has questions marks.in Blue and red
