hi, on pc with ea app
this weird texture bug won't leave after I reainstalled the whole app and game and repaired it.
please help, it glitches my sims if they try to go there.

@rubyrouge18 I've merged your post with the master thread for this issue. Please try anything else in the first post on page one that you haven't done already.
If none of that helps, go into the game's program files, by default here in EA App and Steam installs, respectively:
C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims 4
Delete the EP04 folder within the Sims 4 folder, then open Delta and delete the EP04 folder inside that. Repair the game again and reinstall Cats & Dogs.
If you've installed the game through the EA App, you'll need to close the App and kill the EABackgroundService in the Task Manager before deleting the folders.
