@funkytequila There's no need to apologize; I'm just glad you can play again.
If you do figure out what the problem was, or you even have a suspicion, please let me know. As you can see, you're not even close to the only one whose game has been stubbornly refusing to work, so it would be helpful to have more information about any possible cause.

@puzzlezaddict I think it was Sophos, I had a full membership but then downgraded to Home, think it left something behind which was stopping it.
I had tried everything from creating a new account to installing the game to a different location. Thought this would be the best thing to do as it just worked on the PC I tried it on, so it must have been down to something on the laptop.
