somebody .. anybody pleeease help. my game wont load is it the EA app or is it my game ? How do I fix this x_x

I’ve been having this issue too. It’s not my mods because it won’t load with or without them. Can’t even get into the household selector.
you could try moving your electron arts folder to the desktop when you run the game again it will create a new folder. If this works you can then move your saves and tray folders back make a new mods folder and gradually move your mods back. if you have sims 3 installed go into the ea folder and just move the sims 4 folder.
tcDiamond Desmona65 hmiller0525 As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, if it launches, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see how it runs.
If you still can't play, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
I fixed it. Turns out that all this problem was due to a mod. I sorted through mods and it turned out to be an script file called "Adeepindigo_ItsKatato_Preteen_Base_v1.9" . I would recommend anyone with this problem to search on their files and do the 50/50 method. Maybe replace Adeepindigo mods. Good luck
Mzlil_Bubbles Your laptop's graphics driver is crashing, and it's a bit old, either or both of which could explain the issue. So please install the newest driver Intel offers for your processor and graphics chip, dated March 28:
Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart your computer afterwards and before trying to play.
