KasieWho2000 Thanks for the dxdiag, which lists a number of crashes that are often related to high-end Intel processors. The first step here would be to update your BIOS, if an update is available. Find the exact model motherboard you have, then google "[model name] drivers" and look for the manufacturer's support page. Your current version is 4.01, so if you see something newer, install it and test the game again.
