Hello, I did as you suggested. It took me several times tho so here's the summary: I uninstalled EA App the normal way, didn't help. Used Revo Uninstaller next. Had to End Task the EA app in Task Manager first because it would just say that the app is still installed and just needs repair. During the Advance Scan of Revo, the EA App popped up for Uninstallation. I had to click Uninstall button from there too during the scan and cleanup because if not it's still considered installed for some reason. On Steam, I removed the Launch command for the dx9 thingy (I forgot what command i put there it was from another post), and just deleted the whole The Sims 4 folder under Documents > Electronic Arts. After restart and install of EA App using "Run as Administrator", ran the game again via Steam. The game launched but it only lasted until the The Sims4 logo, it didn't reach the loading screen before closing. The first few tries of this, it didn't show the default error message in EA App but after a while it came back again.
The game is in internal drive. The EA App is in the C: drive. The The Sims4 when i downloaded from Steam is in D: drive.
Edit: As soon as I posted this, I turned off my laptop and it showed the Breakpoint error again.
Is the game campaign from EA app or steam?

Hi Kushina9999 , I dont know what game campaign means but I play the game via Steam. The EA App is just there since it's required to launch the game.

If you buy a game from Steam it will not work in the EA app because the copies are available in the Steam folder
