nikkelynn89 Thanks for the dxdiag, which shows that Razer Chroma has been crashing a lot. So please uninstall it. If that doesn't help, uninstall Synapse too, which crashed once. You may be able to reinstall the apps later, but please test without them present.
Please also see whether HP provides a newer graphics driver for your laptop. The one you have installed is from 2020 and may not be compatible with Sims 4. Go here:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/laptops
Enter your serial number, choose your OS (just Windows 11 is fine) if prompted, click All Drivers, expand Driver-Graphics, and find the newest Intel driver by version number. The first number matters most, e.g. 32 is newer than 31; after that, the last four numbers matter. Your current version is 26.20.100.7926.
If you find a newer driver, download it and run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart your computer after installing and before trying to play.
If you don't see a newer driver, you can try this one from Intel:
Run it as an admin as well, and restart. If you get an error when trying to install it, try this workaround:

Thank you! I will let you know how it goes. 😅
