Hey, Since the last update my game keeps crashing and the failed to launch. A problem on our end keeps popping up. I've tried the solutions on this thread but it's still not working and keeps crashing. Sometimes it crashes when I open the game and press resume the game and when I made a new sims 4 folder and added the save back in, it loaded into the neighbourhood but when I clicked on the house it crashed when loading. I've attached the dxdiag - could you have a look. Any tips please, I welcome anything!
