ElenaWR4 Does the game crash if you start a new save in a new Sims 4 folder? I'm wondering whether the problem is the save or the game overall. Your dxdiag doesn't point to anything obvious, which of course doesn't mean that nothing is wrong, but if you haven't tried a new save yet, please do so now.
If the new save is fine, try playing a different household in your main save. If that's fine too, stay for a couple sim-hours and then switch back to your main one.
