StarZee22​  If you've installed through Steam, you need to repair there: right-click the Sims 4 tile and select Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of the game files.

What antivirus do you use?  I have four reports of this error now that don't correspond to the usual known causes, and I'm wondering whether that's the issue.  Part of why is that the error means the game can't even start rather than that it's crashing, and this is often a permissions issue.
