Fresh install of everything. Paused syncing to one drive, tried -dx9 and -dx11 Tried making exceptions in antivirus, reinstalling, creating a new windows account, and tried gshade. Didn't have any mods or CC, drivers are up to date.

Kinda running out of things to try.

    Does that include Windows? 

    As your Windows 11 is a 'N' version, some pre-installed media functions are missing. 
    Did you installed the "Media Feature Pack für Windows 10/11 N"?
