About a week ago I bought the adventure awaits DLC pack and updated my game at the same time and now my game is now completely broken. No I did not have any mods in my games files, yes i repaired the game files, yes a removed the sims 4 folder from the electronic arts folder and tried to launch the game so create a new sims 4 folder, yes I uninstalled the sims 4 from the control panel, along with the EA and Steam app, yes I made sure my laptop is completed updated along with all the drivers. I'm so confused. the error code is "there is a problem with your games setup please reinstall". if anyone can help i would really appreciate it. i have like 500hrs on sims so i cant even get a refund. this sucks
