LuellaSims I've merged your post with the master thread for this error. There are a couple more suggestions in the first post of the thread.

Please also do a clean uninstall and reinstall of your graphics driver, which has been crashing and could be the cause of the Sims 4 problem. Here's how:

Finally, your C drive is somewhat low on space. While it's not quite critical yet, I would suggest clearing at least another 10 GB for the overall health of your system.
