Schmemmags I've merged your posts with the master thread for this error. Please try uninstalling and reinstalling your VC++ runtimes, as described in the first post of the thread. And try with no mods or custom content present at all, even if you're sure the files are fine.

Ieianaaa I've merged your post as well. In addition to reinstalling the VC++ runtimes, I'd suggest running a couple of basic checks of your Windows system files because your dxdiag crashed multiple times while running. This could be a fluke or a sign of a system-wide issue.

Click Windows key-X
Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
Inside the window that appears, copy and paste “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes, and enter
The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here
After it reaches 100%, click Windows key-X again
Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Windows Terminal (Administrator)”
Inside the window, copy and paste “sfc /scannow” without quotes, and enter
Post the message you receive here

Restart your computer, open Windows Settings > Update & Security, and click the box to check for updates. If any install, restart again afterwards.
