Good afternoon,

I recently got a new OMEN laptop and have not been able to play Sims 4 through the EA launcher. I've tried all of the option you provided above and currently when you try to load the game it tries to load - task manager will also show its loaded in the background but not as an active application it will not actually load the game from here, application will show as if the game is up grayed out button but does not show as I even started up the game. Please if I could have assistance.
