yfzpavxs9is2​ i321ubbpmgce​  Thanks for the dxdiags.  The problem for both of you is that you're running an N version of Windows, which doesn't have all the resources installed that Sims 4 needs in order to run.  I've merged your posts with the master thread for this issue; please see the first post for help.

i321ubbpmgce​  I've seen SKYNET and GALADRIEL and some names that are unprintable here and everything in between, so your wife's computer name is par for the course.
