Luiluirock​  GShade is one of the causes of this issue, and uninstalling it might not help, or it might include deleting files the game needs.  Have you done a clean uninstall and reinstall of Sims 4 yet, without also adding GShade or anything like it?  That would remove all traces of GShade and restore any necessary files that might have been altered or deleted.
