@imo9en It sounds like your mods and Tray files are in the wrong Sims 4 folder, as in, not the one the game is reading. Here's how to find the correct folder in-game:

The file path you see in-game needs to match the file path to any content you want the game to read. To make sure you're opening the correct folder, you can click This PC in the left panel of a File Explorer window, double-click the correct drive (probably C), then open Users etc. from there.
thank you but its not that, i havent moved the folders from where they were originally, and as i said they were working two days ago. i have no idea whats gone on

@imo9en You mentioned that you disconnected OneDrive, which can actually change the location of the Documents directory on your computer. So even if your mods were in the correct location, they might not be now. That's why I asked you to check the location of the user folder while in-game. Please do that and make sure your mods are now in the folder the game is reading.

bro MY BAD. u were right, they changed locations so i moved the sims 4 folder with everything in it and it seems to have worked. 🙂) im too stubborn lol
