there are a bunch of files called scratch in my saved files but no slots on my one drive but on my computer there are slots but they aren't loading do you have any idea of what I should do?

@kittymay9 Please post screenshots of everything you've listed. It's easier to describe what you'll need to do if I have exact names and locations.

Please also list the full file path to the folder Sims 4 is reading, as seen in-game. Here's how:
