@YuhTM Okay, this is a bit of a mess. if you don't want to clean it up, just move the saves to the location the game is reading and be done with it.
If you do want to clean this up, please search in Windows for "command prompt," open it, and enter this:
reg query "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders" /v "Personal"
And post the results. Additionally, let me know whether you want OneDrive to sync your Documents overall or not, and if so, whether you want it syncing your Sims 4 data.
@puzzlezaddict
I would love to clean it up so I tried with the command prompter (not sure if I did it right) but this is what it gave me:
And I don't want Onedrive to get synched with my documents, it used to be not long ago and it caused me some problems so I turned it off, don't know if it was a bad decision, also thank you for taking time to help me.

@YuhTM The first post on page one has instructions for stopping OneDrive from syncing Documents and for getting rid of it entirely, under "I don't want OneDrive to sync my files" and "I want to get rid of OneDrive," respectively. Choose whichever option works for you and follow the instructions.
Once you've done that, and before you move around any files, run the same command in Command Prompt (yes, you did it correctly) to see the new file path to Documents. Ideally, it should say this:
C:\Users\basma\Dokumenter
If it does not, right-click the Documents icon in a File Explorer window, the one in the left panel with a special icon (as opposed to a yellow folder icon), and select Properties > Location. Click Change, then choose the above file path as the new location.
The other option is to edit the registry to force the location to change. That's covered in this guide:
You only need to change the location of Documents, not anything else. Double-check your work with the Command Prompt command, and when the location is correct, launch Sims 4 and make sure it's now reading Users > basma > Dokumenter etc. as well. If so, move your saves and anything else you want to keep to that folder.
If the process goes wrong at any point, or you're not sure what to do, stop there and let me know what isn't working or is confusing.

@puzzlezaddict So I am trying to unsync Onedrive, but the problem is the whole 'Right-click the OneDrive icon, select Settings > Backup, click Manage Backup,' thing is not available. There is no settings button, so I can't get to the Backup thing, I tried figuring it out myself but I really can't. (Settings would be 'Indstillinger')

@YuhTM Right-click the OneDrive icon in the lower-right corner of the screen. It looks like a cloud.
