Hi, I recently downloaded actualizations but my game opened as if was completely new. With bought content but everything was gone. It does it all the time and I don't know why. It just deletes everything.. as if it never existed and I had so many households saved but they are gone. I tried normal methods but it won't work. Also... could it be cuz I downloaded it off the Steam? I don't know but is there at least a way how to repair it so it won't happen again?

I can't say for sure why this happens after an update, but it's possible that in order to complete the update, Steam is budgeting enough extra space that your C drive is getting low on storage. OneDrive may then move the contents of your Documents folder to cloud storage to free up more space.
