Hello,


This is the backup of my sims 4 family after playing.


Usually, I save my game after playing. And when I come back, I pick up where I left off.


But I can no longer resume the game because it has disappeared.

My computer runs with windows.

@celinette1976  I've merged your posts with the master thread for disappearing saves and other user content in Windows.  Please see the first post on page one, which covers every cause we know about currently.
