I've just logged on to play the sims and all saved gameplay: worlds, families, houses atc are gone. When I opened the game, a tutorial screen was launched as though I was opening the game for the first time. How do I restore my previous gameplay? I have tried "repairing the game", clearing the cache and restarting both the EA app and my PC. None of which helped. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
