@reeseecup420 That would only work if someone had created restore points, or told Windows to do so; and if Windows hadn't deleted these restore points. They're not created by default, so it's not common to have them. Furthermore, Windows may delete older ones to save space, which is the same reason it moves Documents, and therefore Sims 4 data, off the device and into cloud storage. So if someone's data is pushed to cloud storage because of low space, they probably don't have any backups.

Someone mentioned your name in a previous thread. Any idea how to retrieve my previous save? If i had to guess, me launching the game today triggered Onedrive and wiped my saves. If you look at the image i attached you can see that the Sims was just added. When i played five months ago, everything was fine. I have no "slots_" files or anything in my save folders now.

@Pro-boxer-Ryan Try OneDrive's recycle bin, shown on the left of your screenshot. I'm also curious what's in the My Games folder: at 1.92 GB, there has to be something of substance. And you can try searching Windows for your missing saves, as described in the first post of this thread.
Other than that, I don't know what to tell you, unfortunately.
